Our customer has a local retail business. They are currently on their 2nd printer (an updated version of the first) which is a small mono laser printer, nothing fancy, (RRP < $100) its use, is to simply print invoices/statements etc.
Our customer's printer has two components which require regular replacement:

The toner cartridge (new: $99.30 re-fill: $42.50 ) has been replaced 40 times with one of our refills.
The imagining unit (new: $140 refurbished: $50) has been replaced 14 times with one our refurbishments.

Also...our packaging is faithfully returned for re-use, i.e. bubble wrap, carboard box, label, and plastic shipping protector .... thanks Julie and Phil
